The competition recognizes the top five Omaha employers in two categories; 50 – 250 employees and more than 250 employees.
This is not the first time FCSAmerica has been named one of the Best Places to Work. Last year FCSAmerica also placed 3rd in the large employer category.
Doug Stark, President and CEO said, “This is a special honor that truly reflects employee engagement and our culture at Farm Credit Services of America. We are very excited about winning this award again because it is the team work of all of the employees that makes FCSAmerica a great place to work.”
Omaha’s Best Places to Work competition, sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm Law Firm asked area companies to measure employee satisfaction through a survey. The survey measures the level of trust, pride and camaraderie within a workplace. Employee responses comprise the majority of an organization’s score and based on the results, the top five employers are selected in each category.
The goals of the competition are to honor companies that have created positive work environments; to recognize and share best practices and to promote Omaha employers.
