Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) is is now providing customers with the ability to transfer confidential data using a secured email system.

When information is sent from a consumer's email provider like Yahoo! or Hotmail the email is not secure until it is received by FCSAmerica.  By using the secure email solution provided by FCSAmerica,  the email is secured throughout the entire transmission.

When using the secure email system, attached files will no longer have to be protected because the email and all attachments will be encrypted. If customers need to send documents electronically that contain confidential information such as tax documents, this solution will ensure the data is secure.

FCSAmerica customers have access to secure messages when logged into Account Access by clicking the new Secure Email button located at the top of the Account Access page. If the recipient is not a registered Account Access user they will be directed to a secure email page to register or login.
